About Natasha Wilson
Who I am
I'm a UKCP-certified integrative psychotherapist, Certified IFS Therapist (Level 3), and IFIO couples therapist based in Stroud, Gloucestershire. I work online via Zoom and in person in central Stroud.
I came to therapy through a long winding road — academia, bodywork, neurofeedback, and eventually the slow realisation that the inner world is where most of the interesting stuff happens. IFS found me at exactly the right moment, and I haven't looked back.
I identify as neurodivergent (AuDHD), and I bring that lived experience into my work — particularly with clients who've spent years feeling like they don't quite fit, or who've had to work out the world from first principles. My monotropic hyperfocus, for what it's worth, is relationships — the inner ones and the ones between people.
I'm in weekly IFS therapy myself and receive regular supervision across IFS, IFIO, RLT, and UKCP. This work isn't something I just practise professionally — it's something I live in.
What I do
Alongside my private practice I run closed IFS therapy groups, and open IFS Drop-In Community Circles — online across the UK and Ireland, and in person in Stroud, Cirencester, and Cheltenham. These are open to everyone, not just therapists.
I'm also available as a guest lecturer and CPD presenter, covering IFS, IFIO, relational approaches, neurodivergence, and related topics.
