One Day Relationship Workshop - Didsbury, Manchester
Saturday 13th March 2027
9.30am – 4pm in Didsbury Parsonage, Gallery 3
A full day of relationship skills, experiential learning and genuine insight for couples and individuals who want to understand their patterns and do something different with them. Hopefully fun and honest and impactful!
This workshop distils the core of the Relationship Workshop series into one carefully paced but packed day. We move through the frameworks and practices that actually change things: why we relate the way we do, the patterns we bring from early life, how two people's dynamics interlock, and the concrete skills that make repair and connection possible.
What we cover:
The survival strategies we learnt young and the ways they show up in our closest relationships now. Our inner “parts” and checking out who’s running the show in those hard moments. The five losing strategies, the dances we find ourselves in
The Core Negative Image who our partner (or anyone close) becomes to us in our hardest moments
The five winning strategies that actually work, and the Feedback Wheel for saying difficult things well
What it looks like to actively cherish someone with appreciation, curiosity and the art of asking for what you need
Who it's for:
Couples who feel stuck, distant, or like they're having the same argument on repeat. Couples who are basically fine and want more. Individuals who want to understand their relational patterns, in a current relationship or before the next one. Singles are very welcome.
