Therapy with a difference
I’m Natasha Wilson — UKCP-certified psychotherapist, Certified IFS Therapist (Level 3), and IFIO couples therapist, RLT therapist in training based in Stroud, Gloucestershire.
I work with individuals and couples using Internal Family Systems (IFS), Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), and Relational Life Therapy (RLT) — approaches that go beyond managing symptoms and into genuine, lasting change.
I also run open IFS Drop-In Community Circles online across the UK and Ireland, and in person in Stroud, Cirencester, and Cheltenham supported by a wonderful team of volunteers.
I bring a warm, direct, and sometimes irreverent presence to my work. I identify as neurodivergent (AuDHD and recovering CPTSD), I'm in weekly IFS therapy myself, and my hyperfocus— is therapy and relationships.

Individual Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Internal Family Systems is an evidence-based model built on the idea that we all have a system of inner parts and a core Self. IFS doesn't pathologise your symptoms; it gets curious about them. Engaging, relational, sometimes surprisingly fun and genuinely different from most therapy.
