Here’s Abby handing over the proceeds from this month’s IFS Drop-In Healing Circles to The Long Table Stroud 💚

A huge thank you to Abby and Karen for holding today’s session with such care and presence — and to Lou, Paul, Jeremy, Julie, and Anna for holding the earlier IFS Healing Circle this month. After taking £75 for room hire, we handed over £80 to give the gift of delicious food to a number of people in our community.

Big love to everyone who comes along, bringing warmth and community — and for taking that Self energy back out into the world. 🌿✨
