In-Person IFS Drop In Community Circles in Cheltenham

Open, donation-based welcoming spaces where people gather to connect, heal in relationship, and experience the power of community - all rooted in the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS).

You're welcome to grab a drink from the kitchen for an extra donation.

Where: CCP 340 High Street Cheltenham GL50 3JF

When: First Saturday morning of the month 10am-12pm

6th December "round table" - Bringing seasonal snacks to share too!

Cost: Donations will be in aid of CCP's Community Pantry, which serves Cheltenham residents by giving them access to affordable food and household essentials as well as social and skill building groups.
