I use a sliding scale across all my work. You're invited to choose a rate that honestly reflects your situation — no questions asked.

Individual IFS Therapy

£90 – £110 per session (60 minutes) Available online via Zoom or in person in central Stroud.

Closed IFS Group

£300 for a 6-week closed group (sliding scale available) Paid upfront. No refunds once the group has started.

Couples Therapy (IFIO & RLT)

£150 for a 90-minute session £120 for a 60-minute session

Guest Lecturer & CPD Presentations

I'm available for guest lectures, CPD days, and training presentations covering IFS, IFIO, relational approaches and related topics.

Fees are negotiable depending on the nature and context of the event. Get in touch to have a conversation.

IFS Drop-In Community Circles

In person (Stroud, Cirencester, Cheltenham) Pay what you can: suggested £10–£25. Donations cover room hire and materials, with any surplus going to a local charity or CIC.

Online (UK & Ireland) Self-assessed tickets £12–£25. If that's not affordable right now, just get in touch. Includes a Relational Map emailed to you.
