Training, experience & qualifications
I am a highly experienced and UKCP-accredited Integrative Psychotherapist with extensive training across multiple therapeutic modalities. I bring a holistic, multi-disciplinary approach to therapy, integrating evidence-based practices with body-based and neurobiological understanding.
Certified as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapist, I have completed IFS Levels 1–3, as well as in-depth training in Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO), including advanced modules on betrayal and repair. I continue to deepen my relational work and am currently on the certification track to become a Relational Life Therapy (RLT) couples therapist.
In addition to my psychotherapy credentials, I hold certifications in EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Shiatsu. My academic background includes a PhD, MSc, and MA (Cantab) in the Social Sciences from Cambridge and London universities.
My practice is informed by ongoing personal and professional development. I am in regular IFS therapy myself and receive frequent individual and group supervision from both IFS, RLT and UKCP-accredited supervisors. I also bring lived experience and insight as peer-reviewed AuDHD, integrating neurodivergent perspectives into my therapeutic work.
