Hi, I'm Natasha. I offer Psychotherapy, Counselling and Neurofeedback. I work with a wide range of issues and I have considerable experience working with anxiety, panic and depression, trauma, relationship issues and addiction.
I am a UKCP registered Integrative Psychotherapist and an accredited Counsellor as well as a trained Neurofeedback Practitioner. I am passionate about the benefits of both therapy and neurofeedback on peoples lives and am excited to offer either modality or a combination of both.
I chose to train as an integrative therapist to make the most of the many different overlapping approaches to therapy. This allows me to match the most appropriate support to you. I draw especially from Gestalt and phenomenology, mindfulness, attachment theory, transactional analysis and relational/dialogical approaches. I have a particular interest in how our brains work, in 'neuropsychotherapy' and the possibilities of neurofeedback. Our initial meeting will help clarify what you would like to explore or change in therapy, what approach is best for you. I offer all clients an initial 'brainwave analysis' and it is up to you to take that up or not. I work with clients on both short term and longer term basis.
My practice is centrally located in Stroud, near the library. Please note I have no disabled access, the practice is in a private home, on the ground floor with two steps up to the front door and the bathroom is a flight of stairs up. Parking is often available, or in a public carpark in the town centre. I am less than 5 minutes to the train and bus stations.
