In-Person IFS Drop In Community Circles in Cirencester

In 2025 we have been meeting in a peaceful 'Retreat' Space at The Old Department Store in Cirencester but in 2026 we’re on the move to wonderfully light ‘The Bothy’ on Ashcroft Road, next to Vanessa’s beautiful interiors showroom.

Open, donation-based, welcoming spaces where people gather to connect, heal in relationship, and experience the power of community - all rooted in the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS), grab a drink and come and join us. All proceeds go to Cirencester Signpost.

From 2026… Where: The Bothy, Ashcroft Road, Cirencester

Time: Friday mornings monthly 10.30-12.30

Cost: Suggested donation £10, to cover utility costs, you can pay less, or nothing at all, and anything above the group total of £25 goes to Cirencester Signpost.

The team looking after the Drop In include Shan, Karen, Amy and Natasha amongst others.
