In-Person IFS Drop In Community Circles in Cirencester

We meet in the wonderfully light ‘The Bothy’ on Ashcroft Road, next to Vanessa’s beautiful interiors showroom.

Open, donation-based, welcoming spaces where people gather to connect, heal in relationship, and experience the power of community - all rooted in the principles of Internal Family Systems (IFS), grab a drink and come and join us. All proceeds go to Cirencester Signpost.

Time: Friday mornings monthly 10.30-12.30

Cost: Suggested donation £10, to cover utility costs, you can pay less, or nothing at all, and anything above the group total of £25 goes to Cirencester Signpost.

The team looking after the Drop In include Karen, Amy and Natasha amongst others.
