Stroud and Online IFS Drop In
Come and join us, if it feels right to you, for some Internal Family Systems community time, in person, in Stroud, Gloucestershire or -new from April 2024 - Online.
“Drop In” and make space for your courageous compassionate Self and make friends with your inner Parts, and connect with others too.
As we say in IFS ‘all parts are welcome’ 🙏💕 and Self energy is catching! Looking forward to seeing some of you there.
One of the suggestions on the IFS Institute Level 3 is for us to ‘create a small Self Led community’ - so here we are. I’m passionate about this model, and it’s also my way of being in service to my community. I also believe we need each other, we need coregulation with others: we were born in relationship, we were harmed in relationship and we can heal in relationship.
There’s a welcome, a check in and an IFS meditation.. followed by a talk by me, Natasha, based on a subject of interest to the group, about IFS and hopefully then there’s time for experiential explorations/discussion. After the topic talk.. we have a little break and then we make some open hearted space for a brave volunteer to work one to one with me, in a short ‘demo’ and then some sharing/ listening time in small groups. Finally, a return to the larger group for questions and a closing word from each of us.
In Person …. We meet in the big meeting room at The Exchange on Brick Row in Stroud. Close to Church street car park. https://www.theexchangestroud.org.uk/about/index.html It’s very accessible, there’s a ramp and disabled loos etc. please see itinerary below, Please bring your own drinks - or tea bags etc, there’s a kettle/mugs in the kitchen along the way. 10.30am -12.30pm for the Saturday ones and 9.30am-11.30am Wednesdays. It is donation based, suggested £5 -£10: after room hire (£30) proceeds go to the Long Table https://www.thelongtableonline.com we raised way over £1000 for them in 2023. Internal Family Systems Community Drop In 2024 - ONLINE
Check in, an IFS meditation, monthly topic talk and discussion, a short demo and then small group connection. Tickets £8-£15, to receive zoom link, (ticket button above - there are several at £8/ ticket and 8 each of £12 and £15). Limited to max 20 attendees. Proceeds above £150 donated to The Long Table Stroud: paying meals forward.
