Thanks to the team 💐

Many many thanks to Paul, Anna, Julie, Jeremy and Lou (left to right) who ran the IFS drop in healing circle this morning. Apparently it was wonderful with great energy and flow. Two new courageous people came along.

I love that these groups can work so well without me. As 12 step groups’ say “principles above personalities” (12th Tradition). I know this was originally my “acorn” which has grown, and I love it - I’m so glad it’s grown to such a warm hearted community, “mighty oaks” growing 🙏

(Btw all these wonderful people are therapists/coaches who love IFS so do be in contact if you’d like their details - it’s hard to find good folk with spaces currently, I highly recommend this crew!)
