Donating to The Long Table Stroud - May 2025

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Stroud and Online Internal Family Systems (IFS) Drop-In Healing Circles this month! We focused on the theme of Confidence – the inner quiet sense of authentic confidence which is an innate quality of Self, also parts of us that can put on a confident exterior, a mask, especially in work and social settings - as well as parts that hold us back (don’t show up, hide!).

The community also represented parts externally on paper, and in each Drop In, someone bravely offered to meet their parts through a sculpt. Time too for sharing and then closing.

Here’s me handing over your donations to Anna and the team (Max and Ella!) at The Long Table Stroud (with the rest covering room hire at the Exchange). £190 this time so 19 meals paid forward for our community. (I take the remuneration from the online drop in).

We’d love for you to join us next month as we focus on another quality of Self: creativity. It won’t be me leading as I’m soon to have a knee op so will be recuperating - but each will be held by a wonderful team 🧡
