Feeling drawn to explore your inner world in community? Come and join our IFS (Internal Family Systems) Healing Circles, in Stroud and online! This month - Creativity!

In June, we’re exploring our innate creativity – that beautiful, natural quality of Self. Please don’t worry, this isn’t an art exercise, you literally can’t get it wrong!

These open circles are based on IFS therapy – with the added support of a kind, welcoming community.

Together, we explore our parts, embrace our inner multiplicity, and foster inner harmony

Led by an experienced team of volunteers (while Natasha takes a sabbatical – much needed knee surgery) you'll be in good company.

Wednesday morning 11th June- in Stroud - group will be led by Jeremy, Lou, Paul and Anna

Online Wednesday 18th June - evening group will be held by Abby Kean

Saturday morning 28th June - in Stroud - group held by Abby and Karen

If you haven’t been to one of these Drop Ins I really recommend them, such a wonderful warm hearted, Self-led community. Everyone is welcome. Really. No prior experience needed – just curiosity.
