Internal Family Systems Online Community Drop In 2024

Check in, an IFS meditation, monthly topic talk and discussion, a short demo and then small group connection. Held by the Community with Natasha Wilson, Certified IFS Therapist.

Tickets £8-£15, to receive Zoom link, tickets available, in the IFS Drop In page. https://www.stroudtherapy.com/monthly-drop-in Several at £8, and 8 each at £12 and £15.

Limited to max 20 attendees.

Proceeds above £150 donated to The Long Table Stroud: paying meals forward for people in the local community.
