Gloucestershire IFS drop in Healing Circles - September - Clarity ☀️

I wanted to share the exciting news that there are now two new IFS drop In healing circles starting this September!

One in Cheltenham and another in Cirencester. In addition to the two in Stroud.

These are grassroots initiatives that may resonate with you or those you work with—warm, relational, low-cost drop in group spaces grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and rooted in local empowerment, compassion, and connection.

Please do come along and join as a participant for your own exploration, or pass this on to friends/colleagues who might benefit from a supportive, community-based setting.
